1. Google User Data Access

Our application, Dr Merge, accesses the following Google user data through the requested scopes:

  • Google Sheets data
  • Google Drive files
  • Google Slides presentations
  • Google Docs documents
  • User's email address and ability to send emails

2. Data Usage

We do not store or collect any user data. All data is processed solely to provide the Dr Merge service within Google Sheets.

3. Data Protection

Although we do not store user data, we implement the following measures to protect data during processing:

  • Secure HTTPS connections for all data transfers
  • OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication and authorization
  • Regular security audits of our codebase

4. Data Retention and Deletion

As we do not store any Google user data, there is no retention period. All data is processed in real-time and is not retained after the completion of each operation.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, transfer, or disclose any Google user data to third parties. All data processing occurs within the Dr Merge application.

6. OAuth Scopes

We use the following OAuth2 scopes to run our sheets addon:

  • See, edit, create, and delete your spreadsheets in Google Drive
  • Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications
  • See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files
  • View and manage your Google Slides presentations & Google Docs documents
  • Connect to an external service
  • Send email as you
